I always tell my students that I expect them to behave BETTER in specials and with a sub. I follow up on misbehaviors in specials, but also, I have the support of those teachers when I am having difficulties with an individual. After reading these posts, I feel fornunate to be at a school where we are all working together to solve some of the behavioral issues that are always present with any group of kids.
