I'm surprised that you work in such conditions!!!! I wouldn't wanna be treated like you know what and if i was I would quit and find somewhere where i am appreciated. I have had mostly positive subbing expereinces, both teachers and administrators have been kind and helpful, even taking a minute or so out of their day to help me understand whats happening. I honestly think you shouldnt put up w/ it..I'd move on.
