You can find them in any home improvement store. Just go up and down the plumbing aisle picking up pieces of plastic PVC piping until you find one that is a good match from your ear to your mouth (You may feel silly, but they work so well.) They were about $2.50 each if I remember. They also came with an extra attachment, which I just recycled. I take Sharpies and decorate the outside, too. I require my ESL and struggling readers use them during every test.
