I hear you

Just to let you know, you are not alone. My Grade 2 class is very much the same. I have had to institute a very firm management plan. I have to have mini lessons on voice level, listening skills, attending etc. It is hard to be consistent, but I know I have to be both firm and consistent and practice the routines over and over until we get it right. It is tiring to have to be so on top of them all the time or they will get out of control. I have seen some progress, but we are not there yet. I am ever hopeful. Just know that you are not alone. I wish you the best of luck. Wish me the same, please.
