So you might have a page in a notebook like this... Biology -Mr. Bio
You could also consider using a non-disabled student who is very responsible to allow you to copy their notes or have them take notes in a carbonless notebook. You could also put a box or folder in each teachers room, so that when they hand out a worksheet or photocopy an upcoming test, they stick a copy in that folder. You can stop in on your lunch or prep, check the folder & go on your merry way. That might make it easier for the reg teachers... I have tried sending out weekly memos reminding them with names of the students I have so that they can list their missing work or make comments, but after a few weeks the begin to be ignored. You may also just be honest with them & say "I understand that you are busy and I'm not your first priority, what system would work best for you so that I can get a copy of the notes, tests, quizzes?" Should we pick a regular day/time to meet? Should I stop by at lunch? Should you email me an update? It may turn out that different teachers contact you differently based on their preferences. It sounds like you are willing to take what you can get... Best of luck!
