"lame excuse"

I dressed in regular clothes with those lame excuses we all get written on index cards and taped on my clothes (ex. "I didn't know it was homework, I left it at home, we had to do all of it, he hit me first etc.). And then I borrowed a crutch from a friend. Get it... lame excuse! The kids thought it was funny. A few found what I had written what they have said to me before! It was easy to throw together too.
