a good resource is susan winebrenner's Teaching Gifted Students (Kids?--can't quite remember!) in the Regular Classroom. good ideas for moving kids along and a good contract.

i created one for my accelerated math kids; it had these points:

--teacher will not be able to immediately help you; ask each other first
--do not brag about your situation
--do not distract others
and then i had them sign it--(i'm sure it sounded "nicer" than this)
