Adequate Yearly Progress

I haven't noticed in the posts above. One of the hallmarks of NCLB is Adequate Yearly Progress. Schools must be showing that all segments of their pouplation are making AYP. If they are not, eventually parents will be able to move their children to other schools. It's a back door for vouchers.
