Do you have a local union to turn to? If it were me I would go to my grievance reps and file a grievance after documenting as much as I could. I am a member and we support each other tremendously. If not, keep documenting but I don't know what exactly is the best action. A letter to or a conversation with the superintendent? I would have a hard time coming to work with that to look forward to every day. Does she do this in general or just to you? Sorry to hear it.
