Dick and Jane

My daughter started reading at age 2. She mastered Sally, Dick, and Jane with ease because of the repetition. I highly recommend the series because it worked due to repetition of words and sounds. I see nothing wrong with the series. In fact, I think it surpasses much of the stuff marketed today. Parents would do well to go back to the basics. This series is as basic as it gets.It works. Many slow readers today would do well to use this book series.
