Ann, I pretty much agree with the previous posters. I do not know which ongoing discussion you wanted to reply to, but you said you found this board because of research on Asperger's Syndrome. I just typed in Asperger's Syndrome in the search section on the home page. I found numerous posts that did not seem negative and offered support and information. Maybe you should have researched a little more before jumping to so many conclusions. Although it has been said above, this is a vent board and I think that teachers deserve a safe spot to share problems since school is not always a safe environment to vent which I know you will learn.
