hello there,
i am sure you will get many responses to add to your case of aching tootsies. i found naturalizer shoes work most of the time for me. when i wear another shoe because they were cuter i definatly pay for it at the end of the day. i also found the peppermint lotions help.
this year i got a stool for my classroom. i use this to sit on when just talking to the class, but also to lean on, hence, taking the pressure off my legs.
I do feel that we need to take care of our selves now, becasue later down the road we could end up with aching that won't go away. One of my mentor teachers had developed Bursitis in her hips because of all the standing and walking that teacher do.
Just my 2 cents....
