"popcorn" reading

When we read a story as an entire group... I do "popcorn" reading. I pick the first person to read... after a page or couple paragraphs, that person picks the next person to read. YOU can say "popcorn"... Justin. They are usually anxious to get a turn. NO twice reads.... everyone reads once, first.Hope it works for you!
