Rivet the posters into the wall.
Get out a welding iron and weld them to the wall.
Nooooo.
Don't think the custodial staff will go for the welding?To save you from great distress here's a method that works...
Try hot glue from a hot glue gun. It keeps up
posters on concrete block walls .Hold things in even humidity.
