I guess I don't really agree with ALL the advice you have received.But see what you can pull from the ideas that sounds like a good fit for you. One thing Iknow for sure(just call me Oprah) is that you do need to maintain a calm and even exterior. If you have "buttons" that kids can push make sure they are hidden. Avoid a power struggle at all costs. try to wait for quiet in the room before giving instructions(you are probably laughing your *** off at this one). Try to get parents involved and try to have a chance to get to know the kids as individuals. Praise AND reprimand in private. Read Fred Jones. Get some rest. Pray - I will be pulling for you!.
