no song-but a neat trick
By SB

Clip to ScrapBook
When given two numbers and you have to put a sign between them, use this trick. Put two dots beside the bigger number (one on top of the other with a small space between them), put one dot beside the smaller number, then connect the dots--top of two dots to one dot and back to the bottom of the two dots. The sign will be correct everytime. The student still has to know what is the greater/smaller number, but they don't have to remember which way the sign goes.
