apples
By Em

Clip to ScrapBook
We do an apple theme each year here are some of the things we do:

-taste and graph different kinds of apples
-read the star in the apple story.
-cut apart apples and then count the number of seeds in them (I give each child red construction paper cut out in the shape of an apples core for them to glue the seeds onto and record how many there were) then we graph them.
-take a trip to the apple orchard.
-10 apples on top- read the story and make a class book- (ie Sarah has 3 apples on top).
I know we do more, I just have to dig out my file.
