I don't think it is anyone's business what you where away from the school building, but that is not how life operates. What we wear reflects alot about us. If we walk around town on Sat. dressed in an immodest way, we are inviting criticism. I think esp. younger teachers need to realize that they are in a very conservative profession and while society sure has changed, we are held to some of the old standards. It would serve all new teachers well if their professors had a talk with them about this fact. A new teacher with a killer body wore a pair of VERY short shorts to school about five years ago and people still remember that. Sad, isn't it. If a teacher is 50 and still dressing in a revealing way, well, what can we say. I guess they have survived the criticism and they don't care! But, if you DO care what others say, have a good look at your wardrobe before your next shopping adventure and make some changes.
