I am also a young sub, 24 yrs old. I've found that the students really want to look up to you and if you're fun and nice enough, then they will praise you and tell the regular teacher that they want you to come back again. Be nice but firm in discipline and let them know that you're the boss for the day. Have fun! It's a blast!!
