Something else I do when I'm feeling blue is pull out my favorite CD compilation and sing to it as I drive to work. I also make myself smile towards the end of the drive. They say that when you smile, you lift your mood. It works for me... Finally, I think most of us need to remember to just "breathe". When you feel stressed, slow down and breathe deep.
