We do things a little differently, but I think that you could incorporate what we do in your program. We meet as a school each morning for prayer. We have an intentions box that anyone can add an intention to. We take a moment and pause to keep those people in our prayers. The box is a box decorated by a student and is covered so that it can't be open. It allows for students and teachers to put private thoughts in without anyone ever needing to know.
