day two
By Cathie

Clip to ScrapBook
HI Lauren,
Tomorrow is the second day for me too. THis is what I am doing.
Reread the story Brown Bear, Brown bear that I read today, and learn the poem Teddy bear Teddy bear turn around. 4 children at a time will water
color paint a brown bear with a parent while I help the others color a little teddy bear book.
We will go on a tour of the school and visit the office and computer lab/library. We will practice walking in lines, play follow the leader, play the freeze game.
We will do the calendar (Which I forgot to do today) and learn about 4 math manipulatives-teddy bear counters, unifix cubes,
pattern blocks and number puzzles and have free time exploration with those materials.
Review rules and procedures we learned today especially on the playground. If there is time I will have them practice writing their names by copying over names I have written them with yellow highlighter pen.
Hope this helps.
Cathie
