Hi Terry. I also have a few different reward systems in my fourth grade classroom. I have a bean jar. That I have labeled "caught you bean good" I simply use this jar only for compliments the whole class receives from other teachers, the principal, librarian, duty teacher, etc.... If they get a compliment from one of those people. Then I put a scoop in their jar. However, if they receive a negative comment I can also remove a scoop from the jar. When the jar is full I reward the class with a movie and popcorn. I saved my laundry detergent scoop to use.
Inviduals receive tickets to use later for an auction I hold in my classroom. Similar to what Chuckey Cheese's uses.
