Clip to ScrapBook
I've been to both Williamsburg and Gettysburg. Gettysburg is nice and there's tourist things to do. When I went there was a ghost walk at night. That was really neat. You walk around Gettysburg and hear ghost stories. There was also a tour on a bus that went around the city and explained favorite places. On a non-historical note, there was a nice outlet mall when we went. Williamsburg has a ton of things to do. Look around for places to stay and packages. A lot of hotels come with passes to places. They do plays and demonstrations as well, which is really neat. The plays are done as trials. You can even vote for guilty/not guilty. It's a lot of fun. If your son wanted a little break from the historical stuff, there's always Bucsh Gardens!
