Interview Questions
By Rosemary

Clip to ScrapBook
The following questions have come up in the interview process during the past two years ( I was hired last year).
1.who is your favorite educational philosopher?
2. how would I make parents feel that they are part
of the educational process?
3. What educational journals do you read?
4. What was the last interesting book I read?
5. How do I plan to integrate technology into my lesson plans.
6. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
7. HOw would you communicate your ideas to an older teaching partner who is not familiar with newer teaching theories?
8. How do you integrate reading
and writing into
content areas such as science and math?
9. What are your feelings on inclusion? Would you be comfortable teaching an inclusion class?
10. You will almost certainly be asked about Bloom's Taxonomy and higher order thinking skills.
11. YOU will probably be asked about balanced literacy and learning centers.
Good luck in your job hunt.
