I did levels of rewards in my jar, so here's what they were.

1st Level: 5 extra minutes of recess
2nd Level: Movie
3rd Level: Ice cream party and movie

But here's the catch... Once they reached the first level, they had to decide if they wanted to take that reward, which would empty the jar, or if they wanted to keep going for the next level. Any time they decided to go for the reward, we emptied the jar and started over. It was based on a class vote. That really only works with older students, though.
