I use cute displays in the beginning of the year because I do not have any student work to put up yet and I want the room and hallway to look inviting. I'm sure I speak for many that as the year progresses, student work is displayed as much as possible. As far as buying pre-packaged decorations, they add to the color of the boards and save me a whole lot of time!!
