Been there done that...

I left subbing after 3 years because of that. Just before I was to beging my 4th year subbing, a bunch of subs got hired, and I wasn't one of them. Well, I couldn't face subbing for them, so I left. I'm not saying that what you should do, but it is what I felt I had to do. Good luck to you.
