I change jobs monthly. I have jobs for almost everyone. I don't have one person do many things, as I saw posted on another board, since many of my jobs are done at the same time at the end of the day.

2 Board Washers
2 Board Erasers
2 Papers (pass out papers as needed)
2 Mail (put papers and notices in student mailboxes)
Messenger
Doors (2)
Clean up (makes sure the floor isn't a mess)
Duster
Helper (anything that I need and substitutes if the substitute is out of the room or absent
Substitute
Attendance

(puts the attendance forms in the teachers' mailboxes to help the secretary)
