One of my sons had a superman pair of pajamas - the hangar that came with it had a superman on it, and I've had him color copied. laminated, and lent to many other zero fans. Just last winter I found a superman constume for our class tedddy, with cape and "B" in a red triangle on chest, so now Zero the Hero is a bear. There are lots of clipart sites that include a "hero" drawing that can be used as well.
