Clip to ScrapBook
I have had my kids make cootie cathchers and write questions and answers in them to their stories. I also just bought comprhension spinners from Really Good Stuff that I think my kids will enjoy playing after they read. Another activity my kids enjoy is, I take a group of words and write them down from the story(about 7-10), then share them with your group and have them do a retelling before they read the book using the given words. They love to see how close they can get to the real story. Have fun!!
