marble jar
By cdg

Clip to ScrapBook
I once had a class that needed to see results (reward) fast and filling up a jar seemed like it would take forever. I used a bud vase that I picked up at the dollar store. I also bought beads at the dollar store & they fit nicely. The kids (3, 4 & 5 yr old boys) got to receive rewards more often than a typical "marble jar" class, but at their age they don't really understand that good behavior today will get them a reward next month; they need almost instant gratification.
