Group Managers

I have a helper each day just as Abby did (messenger, boards, mail, special helper to me, line leader), but I also have a group manager for each group. The group manager changes daily and it was fairly easy to manage. They'd pass out and collect papers, make sure their area was clean and act as group spokesperson for that day. Last year was the first year I managed jobs this way and it worked well for me. I just hated the upkeep of changing the jobs on a weekly basis. Additionally, I'd always hear complaints claiming "no fair" for one reason or another. I never heard a complaint last year so that spelled success for me.
