    I'm not sure what the cut-off age is in your area so I can't comment specifically on that.

    In our area most children enter kindergarten at age 5.

    You know your child best. From the sounds of it she sounds ready for kindergarten. If over the year she is not as mature you could always have her do two years of kindergarten.

    For some children being a bit younger doesn't seem to make a huge difference, for others it does. However as long as she is learning at her speed and enjoys school I wouldn't worry about it and I would have her tested for kindergarten for this year.
