My favorite time saver is having a volunteer rip out the workbook pages I'll use for the entire week ahead of time. No more whining about not finding the page, taking forever to get there, not being where the rest of the class is, etc. I figure I save 10-15 minutes a day on that alone!My other favorite is giant personalized bookmarks for reading and math books. Again, no searching for the page. Kids just open to the bookmark and we're good to go! We always leave our bookmarks where we'll need them the next time we use the book.
