understand your pain!
By cps teacher

Clip to ScrapBook
Working with CPS is a pain! From my experience, it seems like you hear different things from different people. My advice is to write down the names of the people you talk to and keep asking for them so you don't have to explain your question over and over again. I had to "bug" one lady over and over again before my paycheck was finally adjusted to what it should be. Make copies of everything you turn in and date them. Keep any correspondence from them. I'm not sure what specific questions you have... let me know. Again, patience but be a "pest" otherwise they'll put you on the bottom of the pile. Good Luck
