I could have written your post myself. I have been an assistant, heard the same type of comments...and sit here, 12 days before school starts with no job.

I talked to some of my friends I worked with last year (who are teachers) and they can't understand it either.

Everyone tells me not to take it personally, but teaching is SO personal, how can I not?

I am a pretty active in my prayer, but boy have I been keepin the big guy busy lately!

It can't be too late, can it?

I gave myself the following deadline. If I don't hear anything by Thurday of next week, I am going down to get on the sub list. (how frustrating)
