Don't quit
By Robin

Clip to ScrapBook
If you enjoy teaching and your school, I agree with the previous poster that I would ask for a leave. One of my colleagues had a terminally ill husband, and the superintendent was very understanding in giving her leave time, as was our school board. When she returned the following November, she was able to be given a basic skills job for 4 days a week to "ease" back into work. It's worth a try if you feel you would like to stay with the district. Good luck to you in your decisions.
