You already have an after school club- your husband and baby! This time is too precious and short for you to lose. Remember, this thing we do is just a job, important, but still a job. The other teacher is being insensitve to try and guilt you into doing more, knowing you have a baby. You should ONLY feel guilty if you DO accept something your heart doesn't lead you to do. Twenty years from now, when those kids go off on their own, start an after school club. For now, keep your "club" exclusive and enjoy that family!
