This is really sad!

I think it's really sad that this is an actual post! You should feel flattered that someone is "copying" your ideas. That must mean they are really good and as far as recieving recognition for your ideas, this should not
be a reason for you to be creative.. You should do it because you want your students to be in an enriching environment not because you need constant pats on the back. I love sharing my ideas with my co-workers..it's very gratifying to me if they follow through with it..Who cares if your decorations look the same!!! The best schools are ones that have a strong united teacher environment,

and it will reflect on your students. Remember the old saying, "what goes around comes around." You may one day want to "copy" someone else's great idea... what then?
