behavior chart
By Jenny

Clip to ScrapBook
I send a "behavior contract" home to parents to read and sign. It explains my rules and consequences. I also use a similar chart to the stop light, though it's an icecream cone that they move they name clips down for breaking rules. First move is a warning, next is no recess, last is a phone call home that I make the child do. Each day, I quickly swipe with a crayon, what color the child was on that day on their weekly behavior chart. The parents initial it that night and it gets sent back in their take-home folder. Easy to manage and consistent.
