My best suggestion, among many others would to have the parent spend a day with the child going through the regular day. Obviously, the child would act differently, but you could praise him, reward him, and make him understand that the other children like him better when he's calm and obedient. Then, have the parent drop in the next couple days at random, unannounced times. His knowing that you and his parent(s) communicate about his behavior will make him second guess his actions.
