Awesome ideas! I love the behavior sheet you're going to have them fill out and send home. It might get a little confusing with three different circles (the first warning, second warning, stop). To make it easier, maybe you can just have a bunch of circles cut out and when they do something bad they receive a circle. Then another one at the second offense, and another at third. Then on the third they get the sheet that goes home. That's just a suggestion since it might be a little confusing dealing with three different types of circles. Like I said, awesome ideas! They're great!
