We have two teachers at each grade level. How much is done together depends on the partners and what they want to do. My partner and I discuss things and share ideas but we pretty much do things independently. We are usually within a few days of each other in math and reading but in social studies and science we don't worry about it. We do the science program out of order from the testbook but we follow the same order. I teach second grade.
