I have a degree in Early Childhood, otherwise I couldn't teach kindergarten. I also have been a mentor, supervised student teachers, and have been involved in a partnership with the University. I have a lot experience, yet I am learning everyday. You have to have a "passion" for this job. I love them like my own. Remember that each child is unique, and should be treated as an individual, so it good to have a bag of tricks. Behavior is another issue and, again, you have to do what works best for you. I happen to not have problems solving issues in that area, so often I have the children with issues. Just lighten up....the way you write sends the wrong message. No two teachers are alike and they bring their own talents to the table. If I was a new teacher reading what you have written it would stress me out.
