You could split the class in half and have 2 groups facing each other with their left and right shoulders to the whiteboards.

Or do groups of 4 or 5 desks together. Works well if you do cooperative learning activities too.

Both styles will let kids see the two whiteboards if they are on opposite sides of the room.
