I used to work at a private Montessori school as a daycare teacher. The school hired mostly college students who were studying education or people who had associate degrees in education. I worked there for three years during college. But I have always wondered if it is legal to ask someone's age during an interview. I was asked that at my interview at the school. I was only 20 then and afraid they wouldn't hire me cause I was so young. They did hire me and I enjoyed working there, but the age question always bothered me a bit. I figure once you are no longer a child people should not be asking you how old you are.
