My idea

I will teach 3rd but I taught 5th last year. I'm going to use library pockets taped to their desk. In each will be 4 green cards and 4 yellow cards. If I pull a yellow card it means "Slow down and think about your choices!" Then they have to fill out a redirection form. If I pull a green card it means, "Keep going with the great behavior!" They get to add a token to the bag. I got the token idea off of mspowell.com website. I will then use the token bag to decide who runs errands! Last year I did the ticket thing where they could make purchases with their tickets based on another teacher's idea! I hate it! It is very costly and you usually find yourself making a trip to buy things once a week! Good luck
