More about Spelling Contracts By Lisa

Wow - this topic really generated different thoughts. I agree with not giving homework just to give it. For us, it usually comes from whatever was not finished in class and we have occasionally assigned a child-parent discussion about something that was finished in class. (This helped with the "We did nothing today" statement.)

I read several comments about "spelling contracts." Could anyone tell more about the contract?
