No, I don't want to work with the person who is only there for the paycheck.

Nor do I want to BE the person who lies down and takes whatever the powers that be decide I SHOULD take simply because I "should be dedicated to my job because I'm in it for the children."

Learning to behave is the hard work of childhood. When I do hard work, I expect a paycheck for it, even if I have a wonderful time doing it.
